Any child who has Downs Syndrome they will be required to have a completed AAI form prior to participation

Any Child who has Brittle Bones, Detaching Retina, Rodded Back or a shunt, they will be required to have a letter from a medical professional that they can participate or any contra-indications to participation

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL IN A CARE PLAN
